Are you someone who instantly recognizes his income once a buyer places an order? While you should get excited since getting an order is not a piece of cake on Fiverr especially for new sellers, completing that order timely and making the buyers accept the order instantly is what you should be focusing on.

There are many ways you can do that. However, each technique has its pros and cons and you should only implement strategies that go parallel with Fiverr’s terms of service (TOS).

In this article, I will explain how you can become a leading partner in your dealings with Fiverr clients, how to get the best out of them, and most importantly, how you can improve your order completion and timely deliveries that will ultimately help you become a successful Fiverr freelancer.

Avoiding Revisions On Fiverr

Let me first clarify: A revision is not a bad thing for your account’s health rather it improves it when you promptly deliver the revised version (typically within 24 hours). However, when a buyer asks for too many revisions, it can mentally exhaust you and deteriorate your account in the long run which means you will stop receiving messages from new buyers.

So, how do you avoid Fiverr revisions? How do you make your clients accept the order as soon as you send it? Here’s how:

Tip#1 Send the Files With A Strong And Reliable Message

When delivering the order, don’t just say “Hey, here’s your delivery”. Instead, follow with a strong message that gives the client a sense of reliability and which reflects the efforts that you have put in.

One way to do that is to assure your client that you have done everything as per their specifications. However, you are up for making any changes that they may request even after a month. or you can just say that Ignore Fiverr’s 3-day revision period and thoroughly check everything.

This relaxes the client and most probably, they will take more than 3 days to respond back. The order will be automatically marked as completed and the revisions, later on, won’t be able to affect your stats.

Tip#2 Deliver On Time – Even If Incomplete

Timely delivery is one of the key metrics and you should deliver every order timely. In circumstances where you are still working on the order and the delivery is due shortly, you can just send the incomplete file along with the explanation. You can add something like:

“Hey, I hope you’re doing great. I’m still working on the project and don’t want to rush things. Therefore, I will just deliver the completed work so far and will send the rest as soon as a complete it. In the meantime, please have a look and do let me know if we can further polish it. Cheers”.

Statements like these help develop a strong and reliable bond between you and your client and they will feel much more comfortable working with you in the future. Therefore, always communicate things with your clients and have clarity in your dealings with the client. It’s noteworthy to mention here that if I client has specifically requested you to complete the work before a certain deadline and there’s no other option, then you need to complete the work at any cost. In such circumstances, you can outsource the remaining work on Fiverr, social media, or other freelance platforms.
